Frequently Asked

How long does pool construction take?

A standard residential pool typically takes 6–12 weeks from groundbreaking to handover, depending on size, design complexity, and site conditions. We provide a clear timeline before work begins.

Do you serve areas outside Dar es Salaam?

Our primary base is Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, and we serve all of DSM. For upcountry projects (Arusha, Zanzibar, etc.) we can discuss travel arrangements — contact us to discuss.

How often should I clean my pool?

In Tanzania's climate, we recommend weekly cleaning at minimum. Pools exposed to heavy foliage or used frequently may need twice-weekly service. Our monthly plans cover 4 visits per month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (TZS or USD), M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and bank transfer. For construction projects, we work on a milestone-based payment schedule agreed before work begins.

Do you supply chemicals and spare parts?

Yes — we supply all necessary pool chemicals (chlorine, pH balancers, algaecides) and can source spare parts and equipment for pumps, filters, lights, and more.

What warranty do you offer on construction?

Our standard pools come with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Premium and commercial builds carry a 2-year warranty. Equipment warranties depend on the manufacturer.
